Amends the Unemployment Insurance Code by adding Section 2656.5 to establish this minimum benefit duration

Applies to individuals already deemed eligible for disability benefits through California's unemployment disability compensation program administered by the Employment Development Department

Current law allows disability benefits up to 52 times the weekly benefit amount but does not specify a minimum duration for postpartum recovery
