Extends the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act of 2004 sunset date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2037

The Act provides immunity from liability for innocent landowners, bona fide purchasers, and contiguous property owners for pollution conditions caused by hazardous material releases if they meet specified conditions

Persons who qualify for immunity under the Act before January 1, 2037 will retain that immunity after the repeal date if they remain in compliance with the former Act's requirements

Requires no appropriation and passed with a majority vote
