Requires the California Cybersecurity Integration Center to develop a California AI Cybersecurity Collaboration Playbook by January 1, 2027, in consultation with the Office of Information Security and the Government Operations Agency

The playbook must facilitate information sharing across cyber and artificial intelligence communities to strengthen defenses against emerging threats, including AI-related cybersecurity incidents

State contractors and vendors providing AI services will be required to share information on potential threats and vulnerabilities regarding those services through mandatory mechanisms in the playbook

Information related to cyber threat indicators or defensive measures shared under the playbook is confidential and cannot be disclosed except to approved state employees and contractors

The Center must review federal standards and best practices, including the federal Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative AI Cybersecurity Collaboration Playbook, to inform development of California's playbook
