Highlights that women started nearly half of all new U.S. businesses in 2021, and annual earnings for women-owned businesses increased by almost 30% in 2022

Commemorates the Women's Business Ownership Act of 1988, signed October 25, 1988, which first allowed women to obtain business loans without a male relative's cosignature
