Designates a portion of State Route 120 in San Joaquin County (from S Van Allen Road at postmile 13.83 to N Ripon Road at postmile 9.82) as the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Deputies Floyd and Michael Coleman Memorial Highway

Honors Floyd Coleman, who served as a San Joaquin County Sheriff's auxiliary member starting in 1954 and later as the office's Rangemaster, and his son Michael Coleman, a detective in the Metropolitan Narcotics Task Force

Both father and son died on March 25, 1982—Michael was shot during service of a drug search warrant in Stockton, and Floyd suffered a fatal heart attack while being transported to the hospital

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine signage costs and erect appropriate signs upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources
