Honors three firefighting personnel killed on August 6, 2023, when their Bell 407 helicopter crashed during the Broadway Wildland Fire in Cabazon after colliding with another firefighting helicopter

Josh Bischof was a CAL FIRE Assistant Chief who began as a volunteer firefighter and served since 1999; Tim Rodriguez was a CAL FIRE Captain promoted through ranks since starting as Firefighter I; Tony Sousa was a contract pilot who helped implement CAL FIRE's Helicopter Coordinator training program

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine signage costs and erect memorial highway signs only upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources to cover the expense
