Mandates the California Health and Human Services Agency expand generic drug production partnerships to include at least one GLP-1 or GLP-1 receptor agonist medication at production and dispensing costs

Requires employers with 100 or more employees to offer access to exercise programs or gym memberships, nutrition services, and coverage for GLP-1 medications

Authorizes employers with 100 or more employees to negotiate directly with drug manufacturers for discounts on GLP-1 medications

Prohibits health plans from applying coverage criteria for antiobesity medications that are more restrictive than FDA-approved indications
