Mandates that retailers selling cigarettes or tobacco products prominently display the lung cancer screening signage and provide written notices with each sale, beginning January 1, 2028

Expands the Kick It California tobacco cessation program to evaluate callers for lung cancer screening eligibility and refer eligible individuals to appropriate screening services

Defines "retailer" to include both retail locations and vending machine operators selling cigarettes or tobacco products directly to consumers

Authorizes the Department of Public Health to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement these requirements
