Requires advertisements for health-related consumer products or services that use AI-generated or substantially altered images, audio, or video of a person to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure stating the media was generated or altered by artificial intelligence

Defines "health-related consumer product or service" as products marketed for personal, family, or household use with claimed health benefits, including dietary supplements and medical goods and services

Specifies disclosure requirements: visual media must display readable text for the duration of any video; audio-only media must include spoken disclosures at the beginning, end, and every two minutes for longer content

Excludes minor alterations from disclosure requirements, such as cosmetic adjustments, color edits, cropped images, or resized images

Enforcement is limited to civil actions brought exclusively by the Attorney General or district attorneys; violations do not constitute a misdemeanor and no private right of action is created
