Makes technical, nonsubstantive changes to Welfare and Institutions Code Section 875 governing secure youth treatment facilities for juveniles 14 years or older adjudicated for serious offenses

Modifies language from "any juvenile facility" to "a juvenile facility" and adds "of the" in provisions regarding offense-based classification matrices

Maintains existing framework allowing courts to commit wards to secure youth treatment facilities with baseline confinement terms, progress reviews every six months, and maximum confinement limits based on adult sentencing guidelines

Preserves requirements that individual rehabilitation plans be developed within 30 judicial days of commitment, addressing treatment, education, developmental needs, and trauma-informed care

Requires no appropriation, has no fiscal committee impact, and needs only a majority vote for passage
