Makes a nonsubstantive technical change to Government Code Section 66313, which defines terms related to accessory dwelling units (ADUs)

Replaces the phrase "prior to" with "before" in the definition of "objective standards" for ADU permitting

Requires no vote beyond a simple majority, no appropriation, and has no fiscal impact

Preserves all existing ADU definitions including requirements that ADUs provide complete independent living facilities with provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation
