Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to designate one county office of education as lead agency and select two pilot regions (one urban, one rural) within 6 months of the bill's effective date

Directs the lead agency to develop inclusive CTE pathway models, create industry-education partnership frameworks, provide technical assistance to participating county offices, and track career pathway outcomes with demographic data

Requires annual progress reports and a comprehensive evaluation report 6 months before the pilot concludes, with the program automatically repealing on January 1, 2032
