Prohibits the California Department of Aging from revoking an Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) program designation solely because one of its two operating partners (area agency on aging or independent living center) loses its designation, is suspended, or becomes temporarily unable to serve

Allows the remaining partner to continue operating the ADRC independently during a transition period of 1-2 years while a replacement partner is identified

Requires continued uninterrupted ADRC services during the transition period, with joint operation to be reestablished once a replacement partner serving older adults or a peer-led disability organization is designated

Transition arrangements require agreement from the California Department of Aging, Department of Rehabilitation, and the ADRC Advisory Committee
