Requires health care service plans and insurance policies to cover follow-up screening and diagnostic services for lung cancer when recommended by a health care provider, effective January 1, 2027

Prohibits insurers from imposing copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or any other cost-sharing for covered lung cancer follow-up services

Covered services include diagnostic CT scans, PET/CT scans, tissue sampling, biopsy, bronchoscopy, pathology, and surgical consultation following an abnormal or indeterminate initial test result

Applies to health care service plan contracts and health insurance policies issued, amended, or renewed on or after January 1, 2027
