Requires the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to annually report workplace safety complaint and citation data to the Legislature and Governor's office, in addition to existing requirements to publish this data on its website

Amends Labor Code Section 6309 by adding a reporting obligation while maintaining current investigation timelines of 3 working days for serious violations and 14 calendar days for nonserious violations

Makes minor technical changes to statutory language, replacing "not safe or is" with "unsafe or" and "not safe" with "unsafe"

Requires no appropriation and passes with a majority vote; referred to Fiscal Committee
