Requires small business liaisons at each state agency to annually submit contract information to the Office of Small Business Advocate

Mandates reporting of all current contracts between state agencies and small businesses, as well as contracts that include subcontracts with small businesses

Requires submission of total dollar amounts for each contract and the amounts paid to small businesses under those contracts or subcontracts

Directs the Office of Small Business Advocate to post all collected contract information on its website for public access
