Redefines "local educational agency" to mean a school operated by a school district, county office of education, or charter school, replacing the previous references to these entities listed separately throughout the statute

Allows local educational agencies to provide emergency stock albuterol inhalers to school nurses or trained volunteer personnel to administer to individuals experiencing respiratory distress

Removes the terms "elementary and secondary" from provisions regarding private schools that may voluntarily participate in the emergency inhaler program

Makes technical corrections including changing "metered-dose inhaler (MDI)" to "MDI" after initial definition and "mail order" to "mail-order"

Requires no appropriation, has no fiscal committee impact, and requires only a majority vote to pass
