Requires all California state agencies collecting demographic data on ancestry or ethnic origin to add a separate collection category for Jewish ancestry or ethnicity, effective in reports published on or after January 1, 2027

Amends the Education Code to explicitly define "ethnicity" as inclusive of Jewish identity for purposes of equal rights and anti-discrimination protections in public schools

Adds "Jewish" to the list of racial and ethnic categories the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation must include when collecting voluntary self-identification information from incarcerated individuals

Requires the Employment Development Department to collect data on Jewish ancestry or ethnicity from individuals claiming disability benefits or family temporary disability insurance benefits

Mandates that collected demographic data be made publicly available online, with personal identifying information kept confidential; populations under 50 will be reported as "fewer than 50" to protect privacy
