Corrects a cross-reference error in Chapter 578 of the Statutes of 2025 regarding Port of Oakland's Jack London Square nontrust lease requirements, specifying "paragraph (1)" instead of "this paragraph"

Requires no state appropriation and has been referred to fiscal committee; passes with majority vote
