Voids the California Air Resources Board's amendments to the Low-Carbon Fuel Standard regulations adopted on November 8, 2024, as well as any subsequent rewritten version adopted in response to the Office of Administrative Law's disapproval

Declares the measure an urgency statute requiring a 2/3 vote, allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage

Justifies urgency by citing California's highest-in-nation gas prices and estimates that the voided LCFS amendments would increase gasoline costs by $0.65 to $0.85 per gallon
