Prohibits businesses from setting prices offered to consumers through online devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones) based on the device's hardware, hardware state, or installed software

Bans price generation based on geolocation data when used to make inferences about the consumer, but allows geolocation-based pricing for real-time demand of immediate services and legitimate cost differences at physical locations

Permits device hardware state to be used for pricing repairs, maintenance, or calculating trade-in values of the device

Allows coupons, discounts, rebates, and promotions that are offered to the general public on equal terms and do not incorporate prohibited input data

Establishes that these obligations are cumulative with existing consumer protection laws and do not relieve businesses of other duties related to accurate price advertising
