Allows electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) that has been audited or tested by the manufacturer or supplier to be used commercially without further testing during the inspection period, but only after being sealed by a county sealer

Requires county sealers to ensure EVSE installed before January 1, 2026, are initially placed in service and tested by January 1, 2027, at no additional cost beyond registration fees paid by owners or operators

Requires EVSE to be registered with the county where installed, with owners or operators paying applicable administrative fees

Until January 1, 2028, EVSE that has previously been placed in service does not need to be retested after receiving maintenance that does not affect accuracy

Directs the Division of Measurement Standards to issue guidance and develop statewide resources for EVSE weights and measures by January 1, 2027, including standardized registration forms, testing protocols, and optional compliance pathways such as in-factory auditing or testing
