Requires the California Department of Education to review the California School Climate, Health, and Learning Surveys system by January 1, 2028, to identify where age-appropriate questions on sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual abuse safety can be added

Designates the second full week in September as "Sexual Harassment Safety Week," during which all public schools and charter schools must focus on fostering safe environments and preventing sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual abuse

Encourages schools during Safety Week to host interactive activities covering prevention policies, hold meetings between pupils and administrators, invite guest speakers, and prominently post resources about reporting procedures and Title IX information

Requires the Instructional Quality Commission to consider including information about Uniform Complaint Procedures, Title IX, reporting mechanisms, and disciplinary consequences in the next revision of the Health Education Framework for kindergarten through grade 12

Encourages school districts to incorporate the same sexual harassment prevention information into existing comprehensive sexual health education and HIV prevention instruction for grades 7-12
