Authorizes parole officers to display steady or flashing blue warning lights on their emergency vehicles while performing official duties

Requires parole officers to complete a 4-hour classroom training course on emergency vehicle operation certified by the Commission on Correctional Peace Officers Standards and Training before using blue warning lights

Adds parole officers to the existing list of peace officers (police, probation officers, National Guard members, etc.) already permitted to use blue warning lights

Does not expand authority for parole officers to conduct high-speed vehicle pursuits or change existing pursuit training requirements
