Establishes the California Latino Commission to address inequities faced by the Latino community in housing, education, economic mobility, labor, and health care

Commission consists of 9 members appointed by the Governor (3), Senate President pro Tempore (3), and Assembly Speaker (3), serving two-year terms and meeting at least quarterly

Tasks the commission with collecting data on disparities, developing recommendations for affordable housing and eviction prevention, increasing Latino enrollment in STEM fields, promoting workforce participation, and improving health care access through Medi-Cal

Requires collaboration with state agencies including the Department of Housing and Community Development, UC/CSU/community colleges, Labor and Workforce Development Agency, and Department of Public Health

Commission must host annual public forums and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature; provisions sunset on January 1, 2036
