Reduces the minimum schoolday requirement from 240 minutes to 180 minutes for high school students enrolled under a College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnership agreement who are also enrolled part-time in community college courses

Extends existing attendance flexibility currently available to early college high school and middle college high school students to CCAP partnership students

Students must receive academic credit upon satisfactory completion of their community college courses to qualify for the reduced attendance requirement

Amends Education Code Section 46146.5 to add CCAP partnership students alongside early college and middle college high school students in attendance provisions
