Expands confidentiality protections for law enforcement peer support programs to include group peer support services, where multiple officers receive support simultaneously from a peer support team member or mental health professional

Protects confidential communications between law enforcement personnel recipients during group peer support sessions, not just communications between an officer and peer support team member

Adds juvenile delinquency proceedings as an exception where confidential peer support communications may be disclosed, alongside existing exceptions for criminal proceedings

Defines "group peer support services" as peer support comprised of at least one peer support team member or mental health professional and more than one recipient

Maintains existing exceptions allowing disclosure to prevent death or bodily harm, with written consent, when required by law, or for referrals and consultations between peer support team members
