Directs itemization of all State Bar costs arising from the February 2025 exam, including contracts, legal representation, and remedies provided to test-takers, compared against projected savings

Declared an urgency statute taking effect immediately upon Governor approval on October 1, 2025, with the State Bar required to fund the audit from existing resources
