Extends the sunset date from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2030 for alternative teleconference provisions that allow state bodies to hold meetings with a majority of members physically present at one location while other members participate remotely

Delays until January 1, 2030 the requirement that multimember state advisory bodies have a quorum physically present at the primary meeting location, maintaining current rules requiring only one staff member to be present

Continues to allow members with physical or mental disabilities to participate remotely and count toward the majority requirement, with notification to the state body of their need for accommodation

Maintains requirements that members visibly appear on camera during open portions of teleconference meetings and that remote meeting locations of members not be disclosed in public notices or agendas

Preserves public access requirements including providing teleconference phone numbers, internet access, and physical meeting locations where the public can attend and participate
