Requires the Office of Civil Rights to employ four discrimination prevention coordinators: Religious Discrimination Prevention Coordinator, Race and Ethnicity Discrimination Prevention Coordinator, Gender Discrimination Prevention Coordinator, and LGBTQ Discrimination Prevention Coordinator

All four coordinators must be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate

Adds Sections 33803.2, 33803.3, 33803.4, and 33803.5 to the Education Code establishing these positions

The bill's provisions are contingent upon the enactment of AB 715 of the 2025–26 Regular Session, which would establish the Office of Civil Rights under the Government Operations Agency
