Authorizes the California State University Trustees to establish a 6-year legal education pilot program between CSU San Jose and a state-accredited independent nonprofit law school

Allows CSU San Jose to partner with the nonprofit law school to jointly award a juris doctor degree and provide certificate and legal education programs at the undergraduate level

Requires the law school to maintain continuous accreditation for at least 5 years before the first cohort graduates, and caps student fees at standard CSU graduate professional program rates

Mandates the Legislative Analyst's Office to conduct an interim evaluation after 3 years and a final evaluation after the pilot concludes, covering costs, completion rates, workforce impact, and student outcomes

The program becomes inoperative on July 1, 2041, and is repealed January 1, 2042
