Requires Los Angeles County to maintain a public list on its website of all qualified organizations that have registered interest in purchasing fire-impacted properties, including community land trusts, nonprofit housing developers, and local public entities

Aims to prevent community displacement and protect against speculative real estate purchases by connecting fire-affected property owners with community-based organizations interested in preserving affordable housing and local businesses

The provisions will automatically repeal six years after the expiration of the last declared disaster or state of emergency resulting from the Eaton or Palisades Fires
