Adds employees of water corporations to the list of workers exempt from California's standard meal period requirements, which normally mandate a 30-minute break after 5 hours of work

Water corporation employees must still be covered by a valid collective bargaining agreement that provides for wages, hours, meal periods, binding arbitration, premium overtime rates, and hourly pay at least 30% above minimum wage to qualify for the exemption

Aligns treatment of water corporation employees with existing exemptions already in place for electrical corporations, gas corporations, and local publicly owned electric utilities

"Water corporation" is defined by reference to Section 241 of the Public Utilities Code
