Requires the Governor's office, starting January 1, 2027, to maintain a public website listing all state boards and commissions with their membership, purpose, duties, meeting frequency, and vacancies

Mandates the Governor's office to publish annual reports by January 31 (beginning 2028) with aggregate demographic data on gubernatorial appointments from the prior year, including ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, county of residence, party affiliation, and military service

Requires the Secretary of the Senate and Chief Clerk of the Assembly to maintain similar website listings of boards and commissions they have appointment authority over, starting January 1, 2027

Requires both legislative houses to publish annual aggregate demographic reports on their statutory appointments by January 31 each year, beginning 2028, excluding ex officio appointments of legislators

All demographic information must be voluntarily self-reported, published anonymously to protect appointee identities, and include a disclaimer noting the data does not represent all appointments
