Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to issue reduced fee hunting and sport fishing licenses to California residents receiving CalWORKs, Tribal TANF, or SNAP benefits, beginning no later than January 1, 2027, through January 1, 2032

Applicants must not have been convicted of a Fish and Game Code violation and must provide adequate documentation of their eligibility for public benefits programs

The reduced fee hunting license cost matches the fee for licenses issued under Section 3033, and the reduced fee sport fishing license has a base fee of $4 (adjusted for inflation)

The Director of Fish and Wildlife must submit a report to the Legislature by October 1, 2029 evaluating the reduced fee program's effect on participation, including license sales data, administrative costs, and changes in hunting/fishing participation

The reduced fee provisions sunset on January 1, 2032, at which point eligibility criteria revert to prior law covering disabled veterans, recovering service members, and low-income seniors over 65
