Amends Government Code Section 65912.157 to add protections for parcels governed under the Mobilehome Residency Law, Recreational Vehicle Park Occupancy Law, Mobilehome Parks Act, and Special Occupancy Parks Act

Designated as an urgency statute requiring a 2/3 vote, taking effect immediately upon passage

Affects approximately 5,230 active mobilehome and recreational vehicle parks in California with 453,755 total lots and spaces housing 1.6 million residents
