Prohibits public agencies from taking punitive action, denying promotion, or initiating certification revocation proceedings against public safety officers solely based on a court finding made under the California Racial Justice Act of 2020 (Penal Code Section 745)

Bars evidence of California Racial Justice Act court findings from being introduced in any administrative appeal of a punitive action against a public safety officer

Requires defense attorneys to serve a copy of any motion alleging racial bias by law enforcement officers under the California Racial Justice Act on the employing law enforcement agency

Preserves the ability of public agencies to discipline officers based on the underlying conduct that led to a Racial Justice Act claim, provided standard due process procedures are followed

Maintains that officers retain no civil or criminal immunity for the underlying acts that formed the basis of a Racial Justice Act challenge
