Extends the deadline for municipal wastewater agencies to file new agreements or amendments with local agency formation commissions from 30 days to 40 days after the effective date

Applies to agreements between municipal wastewater agencies and entities responsible for stormwater management, including municipal, industrial, and commercial stormwater dischargers

Removes the specific reference to agreements made "after January 1, 2022" from the filing requirement language

Does not require local agency formation commission approval of agreements, except as required under the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000
