Requires the California Interagency Council on Homelessness to evaluate goals for preventing and ending homelessness among domestic violence survivors, their children, and unaccompanied women every year instead of every two years

Maintains the existing requirement that initial goals be established by January 1, 2025

Goals must include measurably decreasing homelessness numbers, reducing duration and frequency of homelessness experiences, and decreasing barriers to services through cross-systems partnerships

Council responsibilities include defining outcome measures, gathering data, and providing technical assistance to cities, counties, and continuums of care when funding is available
