Requires the State Department of Health Care Services to clearly indicate on its website that notices issued to recovery residences for certain violations are not included in the Probationary Status, Temporary Suspension Order, Revoked and Notice of Operation in Violation of Law Program List

Mandates the department to post on its website an identification and summary of each violation issued to licensed alcoholism/drug abuse recovery facilities and certified alcohol/drug programs

Each violation summary must include the name of the entity or person, citation to relevant statute or regulation, summary of the department's decision, date of violation, and any other necessary identifying information

Requires the department to make this information easily accessible via a prominently located and clearly labeled link from the main homepage

Department must implement these requirements while protecting privacy rights under state and federal law
