Authorizes the Director of General Services, with Adjutant General approval, to transfer, exchange, or sell seven specific California National Guard armories

Properties authorized for sale include armories in Atascadero (4 acres), Eureka (4.38 acres), Gilroy (2 acres), Lodi (1.75 acres), Montebello (1 acre), Porterville (4.7 acres), and San Bruno (1.97 acres)

Proceeds from any sales must be deposited into the existing Armory Fund for use on armory-related purposes, subject to legislative appropriation

Approved by the Governor and filed with the Secretary of State on October 7, 2025
