Establishes the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons Justice Program within the California Department of Justice

Directs the program to provide technical assistance to law enforcement agencies investigating missing and murdered indigenous persons cases in California

Mandates publication of data on the number and facts of missing and murdered indigenous persons cases in the state

Requires annual reports to the Legislature until January 1, 2029, detailing cases handled, data analysis, and recommendations for improving coordination between local, state, and tribal governments
