Requires motor vehicle glass repair shops to notify customers before service whether their vehicle has an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and whether calibration/recalibration is needed after windshield work per manufacturer recommendations

Mandates repair shops provide good faith cost estimates, itemized invoices, and written confirmation of whether ADAS calibration was successful or unsuccessful upon job completion

Prohibits repair shops from offering rebates, gifts, cash, or other incentives to insureds or insurance producers in exchange for directing insurance claims for glass repair/replacement

Bars repair shops from submitting false documentation, misrepresenting prices, claiming insurer approval without verification, or stating repairs will be fully covered by insurance without confirming coverage with the insurer
