Proclaims March 16–22, 2026, as Women's Military History Week in California to recognize "Women Warriors" and their contributions to the U.S. military.

Honors the approximately 300,000 women who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and over 3,000,000 women who have served in or with the armed forces since the American Revolution.

Commemorates the January 24, 2013, decision that lifted the 1994 Pentagon ban on women in combat roles, opening infantry, armor, artillery, and Special Operations Forces positions to women.

Recognizes historic milestones including 10 women achieving four-star general rank, over 9,000 female troops earning Combat Action Badges, and Brigadier General Laura Yeager becoming the first woman to command a U.S. Army infantry division in 2019.

Encourages Californians to honor the sacrifices of women in military service, including over 400 women killed in combat since World War I and more than 90 identified as prisoners of war since World War II.
