Honors Brad Mettam, who served Caltrans for over 20 years in various leadership roles including Deputy District Director positions and Assistant Director for Legislative Affairs

Mettam passed away on August 6, 2024, at age 71, after living in Eureka and serving extensively as a community volunteer including as Rotary Club president and volunteer firefighter

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of signage and erect signs upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of Transportation and the bill's author
