Designates April 24, 2026, as "State of California Day of Commemoration of the 111th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide of 1915–1923," recognizing the systematic killing of over 1.5 million Armenians by the Ottoman Empire and Republic of Turkey.

Acknowledges California as home to the largest Armenian American population in the United States, with many residents having family members who directly experienced the genocide.

Commends educators who teach about human rights and genocide, and encourages continued efforts to educate students at all levels about the Armenian experience and other crimes against humanity.

Deplores persistent efforts by any person, domestically or abroad, to deny the historical fact of the Armenian Genocide.

Recognizes Near East Relief, the first congressionally sanctioned American philanthropic organization, which delivered $117 million in assistance and saved more than one million refugees, including 132,000 orphans, between 1915 and 1930.
