Amends Colorado parole revocation law to add a new provision (subparagraph VI) to section 17-2-103 (11)(b)(II) regarding parolees designated as sexually violent predators.

Allows the parole board to revoke parole and request the county sheriff to transport a parolee to a place of confinement designated by the Executive Director if the parolee has been designated as a sexually violent predator under section 18-3-414.5, C.R.S., or designated equivalently in any other state or federal jurisdiction.

Applies this authority when a sexually violent predator parolee has violated any condition of parole, not just commission of a new crime.

Includes safety clause declaring the act is necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
