• Prohibits the state from selling, leasing, or transferring real property to the federal Bureau of Prisons if it would be used to house a Guantanamo Bay detainee.

• Prohibits state entities from providing resources to house, transfer, or detain Guantanamo Bay detainees in Colorado federal correctional facilities for purposes of federal trials in Denver.
