HB 10-1303: Supplemental Appropriation to the Judicial Department

• Amends Part VIII of section 2 of chapter 464, Session Laws of Colorado 2009, to provide supplemental appropriations to the Judicial Department for fiscal year 2009-10

• Total appropriation of $441,548,622 from all sources (general fund, cash funds, reappropriated funds, and federal funds) across all judicial divisions

• Provides funding for Supreme Court/Court of Appeals ($19,603,524), Courts Administration ($17,222,523), Trial Courts ($175,400,740), and Probation and Related Services ($93,153,215)

• Includes appropriations for Public Defender ($51,956,300), Alternate Defense Counsel ($51,956,300), and Office of the Child's Representative ($18,625,593)

• Declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety under the safety clause provision
