• Transfers $230,520 from the Public Safety Communications Trust Fund, $335,000 from the Capital Construction Fund's Emergency Controlled Maintenance Account, $500,000 from the Processors and End Users of Waste Tires Cash Fund, and $14.3 million from the Local Government Permanent Fund to the General Fund.

• Transfers $2 million from the Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account, $11 million from the Operational Account, and $50.3 million from the Local Government Severance Tax Fund to the General Fund; transfers all remaining moneys in an additional fund to the General Fund on June 30, 2010.
